Updates & Support Lifecycle

✅ Lifetime Updates Included: Your one-time purchase includes all future updates for the lifetime of FW Admin Tech Tools Pro. There are no subscription fees or ongoing renewal charges.

✅ Microsoft Store Updates: If you purchase through the Microsoft Store, updates are normally delivered automatically through the Store app when new versions are published.

✅ Direct Website Updates: If you purchase directly from Fullyworked, updates will be provided through the Fullyworked website, installer, and/or in-app update process, depending on the release method used at the time.

✅ Active Development: FW Admin Tech Tools Pro is under active development. New tools, improvements, and fixes are added regularly, and these updates are included at no additional cost.

ℹ️ End of Life: If FW Admin Tech Tools Pro is ever discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided. Any version you have already downloaded and activated will continue to function, subject to normal operating system compatibility and license validation requirements. We will not remotely disable a valid installed copy without cause.

System Requirements

✅ Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11, 32-bit or 64-bit. 64-bit is recommended. Please note that Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on 14 October 2025, so Windows 11 is recommended for the best security and long-term compatibility.

✅ Internet Connection: An internet connection is required for license validation, updates, and certain network-based tools. Some features may continue to work offline after successful activation, but periodic online validation may still be required depending on the licence method used.

✅ Administrator Rights: FW Admin Tech Tools Pro is designed to run with Administrator privileges so that system tools, optimisation features, network scanning, and file permission functions can operate correctly. You may receive a User Account Control prompt when launching the application.

✅ Display & Hardware: A standard Windows PC capable of running Windows 10 or Windows 11 is required. Performance may vary depending on the tools used, system resources available, and whether external services or network features are involved.

Refund Policy

ℹ️ Microsoft Store Purchases: Refunds for purchases made through the Microsoft Store are handled entirely by Microsoft under their own refund and billing policies. Digital goods such as apps are generally not refundable unless the offer or applicable law says otherwise. Fullyworked cannot approve, process, or override refunds for Microsoft Store transactions. Please refer to Microsoft's app and game refund policy and Microsoft's Return & Refund Policy for details.

ℹ️ Direct Website Purchases: Purchases made directly from Fullyworked through our website are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refund requests for direct purchases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or where the product has been delivered and is functioning as described. Where a refund is approved, the related license key may be deactivated or revoked. Please contact us promptly with your order number and purchase email address if you need assistance with a direct-purchase order.

It is strongly recommended that you back up important data before using system-level tools such as file deletion, permission modification, or system optimisation features.

ℹ️ No Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your country or region, this software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ℹ️ Your Statutory Rights Are Protected: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you are entitled to under the laws of your country or region that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified by contract. This includes, but is not limited to, rights under consumer protection, digital content, and fair trading legislation applicable in your jurisdiction — such as (but not limited to) the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the UK Consumer Rights Act, the EU Digital Content Directive, and equivalent legislation in other countries and regions worldwide.

ℹ️ Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region provide you with greater protections than those available under Victorian law, those protections apply to the extent required by your local law.
